Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Generally, there is a minimum order for our products. Although we are happy to assist with orders both big and small when possible.

Local: 2-3 weeks
Offshore: 3-6 weeks
Bespoke: 4-6 weeks & freight time

Do you store our artwork?

Yes, we do! We keep it on file for future use. So you only need to supply it to us once.

 

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact.
 

What is Sublimation Printing?

Dye-sublimation printing is a digital printing technology using full-colour artwork that works with polyester and polymer-coated substrates. Also referred to as digital sublimation or photo finish.

Yes, we will send you an artwork approval form with all the order details.

Do I get a Pre-production Proof Sample of my order?

Virtual pdf proofs are supplied for all orders. Pre Production Samples images are provided in all offshore & custom orders.

Do you take Credit Card Payments?

Yes, we do! All major credit cards are accepted.

Where do you supply ship to?

We are based in Australia but we can ship internationally and throughout Australia by both sea or air freight
